About Dr. Shuyang Peng
Dr. Shuyang Peng is an Associate Professor and Interim Program Director for the Master of Public Administration program at CU Denver’s School of Public Affairs. Her research focuses on public and nonprofit management, with an emphasis on employee motivation, leadership, organizational collaboration, and social enterprise. She examines how public and nonprofit organizations effectively lead employees, manage resources, and collaborate to deliver high-quality services.
Dr. Peng has published extensively in top-tier public administration and nonprofit management journals. Prior to joining CU Denver, she served as an assistant professor at the University of New Mexico. She is currently a Fellow at the Center for Organizational Research and Design at Arizona State University.
